Trustworthy anemometer and bolt tension tool

I need gear that won’t lie to me at the face. What handheld anemometer gives steady readings in a 24-inch vent bag around 1,500 cfm, and what tension wrench are you using to verify resin bolt pull-up without chewing plates in wet headings? Our aux fan sits about 120 m back and the cheap stuff isn’t cutting it.

Testo 417 (100 mm vane) stays steadier than my coffee hand on night shift in 24" bagging — enter 610 mm duct and give it a couple diameters of straight run; for pull-up, a Norbar 3/4" clicker with a nylon-faced plate saver is gentle, and for true load checks the Hydrajaws M2008 head won’t chew plates in the wet: https://www.hydrajaws.co.uk/products/model-2008. What thread are your bolts, 7/8 or M24?

At about 1,500 cfm in a 24" bag, the Kestrel 5200 with the large vane mount’s been the least twitchy for me — set a 10 s average and center it; if dust is ugly, a pitot with a Dwyer 490A ignores swirl better than the cheap stuff. For resin bolt pull-up without chewing plates in wet headings, the Hydrajaws M2000 with the bridge keeps the reaction off the plate: https://www.hydrajaws.co.uk/products/m2000. With the fan 120 m back, can you grab even 1–2 diameters of straight bag before the read?
