Would You Take This Job? — How do you feel about long shifts, outdoor site work, and leading a mining crew vs. a less physically demanding supervisory role?

Did a foreman stint near Kermit; at $40/hr plus OT it penciled out, but housing was tight — ask for per diem or a man-camp slot. > basic production reporting tools We ran a simple Google Sheet tied to scale tickets and posted cycle times at toolbox every morning; it bumped tons/hour without pushing speed. I’d take it if they confirm 60+ hours and keep a water truck on schedule, otherwise dust and tire wear will kill your day.
